Goldfish Breathing Rate

Quesadilla with mozzarella, mushrooms and tomato salsa.


My favorite dish drunken Poznan. Mexicana nice to go after a few beers and eat a meal, instead of naan made from not-know-what. Quesadilla Ingredients (for one very hungry person) :
2 tortillas
ball of mozzarella, grated or very finely chopped handful

Ingredients for the tomato salsa: 2 ripe

tomatoes lime juice
tablespoon chopped coriander and chives

small onion piece of chili (I did not, replaced a few drops of Tabasco)

pepper Blanch the tomatoes, peel, cut into quarters. Pick the seeds and squeeze, then cut into small cubes and rub lightly spoon (In the case of ripe tomatoes, I had mine just a little mix in a blender, but not the soup, just so that they could bite a little bit: P). Add chopped onion, coriander, chives, lime juice, and purified from the seeds of chilli. Allow to stand for an hour, to be zmacerowała salsa, then season with salt and pepper.
