Muffins on Valentine's Day is my personal tradition, from the times of Mr. Bartholomew, when in 2008 we went to Mount Blanc in the chocolate and muffins vanilla. From next Valentine's Day bake longer the same: P CCMuffins is one of my najulubieńszych.
Ingredients (for 12 pieces):
250 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon
soda 2 tablespoons cocoa quality
175 g caster sugar 150
g specks of chocolate (in my chocolate chips with chopped dark chocolate and white chocolate)
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
In one bowl mix all dry ingredients in a second wet. Pour wet into dry and mix quickly, as long as the ingredients combined.
