Generally I do not like pizza, but this is wonderful. Oh, and we have in this case, a small slip-up: I forgot about the basil, I realized an hour after lunch: P

Ingredients:
Dough:
250 g of wheat flour
150 ml of warm water
15 g fresh yeast or 7 g instant dry
1 full teaspoon of salt
half teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Tomato sauce:
1 / 2 cans of tomatoes and tomato sauce (went 3 / 4 cans)
1 tablespoon olive oil, dried oregano
salt, pepper, sugar

Extras:
a white ball of mozzarella (I gave two)
6 slices of thinly sliced \u200b\u200bParma ham (the ham down load the 'eye')
20 black olives
20 cherry tomatoes 2 large handfuls
arugula
bunch of fresh basil

Preparation:
Dissolve yeast in 60 ml of warm water, add sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Let stand for 15 minutes in a warm place to rise.
Sift the flour into a bowl, mix with salt. Pour the risen yeast, olive oil and the rest of hot water. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until elastic and smooth. Cover with a cloth and let stand for 1 and 1 / 2 to 2 hours to ferment.
Boil the tomatoes with olive oil, season with salt, a pinch of sugar, dried oregano and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
